GPG, Cadets & Juniors Italian Championship: all the news

An intense season ending for all the fencers and coaches of Scherma Bresso: starting from the Italian GPG Championship of Riccione, from the 25th to the 22nd of May 2019, to finish in Lecce for the Italian Juniors and Cadets Championships, from the 24th to 26th of May 2019.

Let’s start from Riccione and the Italian GPG Championship U14, which gave us 3 wonderful finals. In Epee Allieve category Lucrezia Galli conquers the 6th place, confirming last years final, 24 Benedetta Fischetti, 34 Noemi Guastella, 46 Lucia Cairo, 53 Melissa Bozzella, 89 Lucrezia Mora, 120 Elisa Crafa, 127 Alice De Riz and 143 Odelia Petersen-Mahrt. In Epee men no good news, Riccardo Gianoli is the best closing 22, 37 Lupo Sala and 43 Mattia Cremonesi.

Among Foil Allievi great performance of Leonardo Lenelli with a good eight place, 20 Tommaso Romeo, 58 Lorenzo Badolato, 61 Matteo Kovacs and 117 Tommaso Bega.

Among Epee Ragazzi Edoardo Scavone flies in the final at the bottom of the podium with an excellent eight place and Diego Cremona ends 34th while among Ragazze Elisa Chinnici ends 43. In foil Giulia Evangelisti is 32 while among boys Akash Nitti is 22, 75 Riccardo Diazzi and 119 Luca Lattuada.

Federico Casella stops one step before the final conquering a good 15th place in Epee Giovanissimi category while his team-mate Ludovico Dutto is 30. Among foil, Alessandro Augeri ends 111 and among Giovanissime Valentina Izzo is 36.

Among Epee Maschietti Cristian Divittini is 25 and in foil, Flavio Perego is 34, 40 Alessandro Tentori and 62 Federico Arioli.

In Lecce at the  Italian Cadets and Juniors Championships, an all-women delegation with Anna Gennari among Epee Cadets and  Arianna Scollo among Epee Junior: Anna ended 22 and Arianna 35.
